  • Ensure achievement of agreed KPIs for the assigned Area/Territory
  • Ensures optimization of the business potential in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for reach expansion and adapting the most suitable route to market strategy within the area of responsibility
  • Provide market intelligence, relevant information observed from trade regarding products, territory (channel, customer, shopper) development, and competitive activities
  • Ensures that the sales agents have the right infrastructure to efficiently cover the assigned territory
  • Conducts regular business reviews to update the current performance versus agreed KPI



Educational Attainment

  • College graduate of any Business/Marketing related courses.

Experience/Skills/Qualities required:

  • Experience in Area Sales Management at least 3 years
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skill, and developing customer
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work well in teams
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Preferably familiar with demographics of an area assigned
