Senior Business Analyst, Healthcare

The role entails you to define the features which would bring the biggest value for end users, get rid of the features which don’t, provide the development team with a proper description of each feature and keep documentation up to date.

Having said that, the role requires you to have a great handle and understanding of the Healthcare Industry in the Philippines, particularly hospital operations and systems. You will help top management craft business strategies and help sales with their planning & marketing activities. You will be a vital link between Stash and internal stakeholders, customer and product development team. You will be responsible for the integration, investigation, and reporting of business performance data, identifying trends and patterns to gain insight and provide actionable recommendations that drive Sales and Marketing planning and growth.

One part of your responsibilities is to minimize budget and time overruns on development projects by making sure the estimates are as accurate as possible.  You will act as a glue between the technical and the business parts of the company.

  • Perform Competitor Analysis
  • Perform Consumer Case Studies
  • Identify Problem & Solution Fit Analysis
  • Product & Market Fit Analysis
  • Features Description and Prioritization
  • Documentation Development and Continuous Update
  • Support Strategy Definition and Identify Best Ways to Break into the Market
  • Define specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Create and deliver presentations for internal /external clients with varying levels of knowledge
  • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate to determine how requests fit into the product development
  • Serve as the SME on products to support training, documentation, sales & marketing and clients

Extra Challenge:

Moreover, you will assist the management in the following project activities: budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, pricing, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years in a previous Business Analyst role in a Technology Company
  • Knowledgeable in Healthcare Domain/Industry (Preferred/Advantage)
  • Information Technology (I.T.) background
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Word/Excel Skills
  • Knowledgeable of MS Project (Advantage)
  • Experience in Healthcare is a plus
